Recently, took my client there and they were very friendly. We were taken back pretty quick. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, professional and helpful. The lobby is just beautiful and the coffee bar is such a nice touch, although I didn’t see any coffee but I also didn’t really look for any. My client was just as impressed and happy with her services as I was. Thank you for all you do!! <3

My daughter had a sinus infection and needed a weekend appointment in a hurry. I booked an appointment online, so we didn't have to wait at all, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The building is new, very clean, and has lots of parking. I would definitely return the next time we need some medicine!

My experience was very positive overall - easy to schedule appointment and enter required info before arrival, wait time was minimal, and all services rendered quickly and well. I have only one suggestion to improve my experience - I came in using crutches, but poorly, and had a very difficult time getting around the waiting area and moving to the exam room and X-ray room. To go back out at the very end of my visit, I was offered a wheelchair, which was wonderful, and I wish it had been offered sooner!

I feel like they put something in my medical record so now I can't even get a regular exam. I was assaulted here by Monica back in May. They gave me my money back and sent me to a sister care. They did not give me the tests I paid for and they gave me my money back there too after I went to another place and got a blood test showing I had something wrong with me that they should have caught. I wasn't going to leave a review and was going to let it go because the regional manager was so kind. But then I went to another urgent care a week ago and they treated me like a dirty hypocondrical liar and treated me for an upper respiratory infection that I didn't have and all they did was look in my ears. The facility is clean, and the medical staff was kind and caring. However, their billing department seems incompetent. They continue to bill me instead of billing my secondary insurance. Maybe they don't know what they're doing when it comes to specific plans? I can't think of any other reason other than incompetence. Also, rude billing department. I felt quite discriminated against. I will never go here or to any WellNow owned franchise ever again.
