I am leaving this review anonymously because this office has a pattern of responding defensively to criticism and attempting to discredit patients instead of addressing concerns professionally. While this practice predominantly serves the Hispanic community, which in itself is not an issue, I have personally experienced and observed a noticeable difference in how Black American patients are treated. The level of respect, attentiveness, and bedside manner is not consistent. Dr. Parsa’s bedside manner is particularly concerning. During my visit, I was repeatedly interrupted, my symptoms were dismissed, and the appointment felt rushed, with a focus on prescribing medication rather than listening to or understanding my concerns. Very nice people at front desk. Dr. Parsa is very good doctor.

The whole experience was very pleasant and easy and Dr Parsa’s staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Dr. Parsa himself was very clear and communicative about everything and very friendly. The visit was fast and efficient and I was in and out quickly with no hassle. $80 doctor visit with no insurance is also worth noting.

I've been seeing this doctor for over five years and have always had a great experience. The doctor is personable, takes time with each patient, and truly listens to your concerns. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr Parsa and staff.
