Quick Rx Drugs

I just got hung up on when asking if they fill a certain prescription. She was quite rude when she heard what it was, said no and hung up as I was in the middle of saying thank you…. That really surprised me….

They are very rude and don't care about customers. I always get my refills at the one in Springfield,Ga and they are so awesome. The only reason why we used them is because me and my husband went to apple care in pooler. We both had bronchitis the doctor accidentally sent mine to my original pharmacy. But I called them and they said they switched it to pooler like my husband. When we got there they said we have his but not yours we are closing early for news years eve. So I had to wait three days with no medicine and I had bronchitis. Im glad the staff in Springfield are nothing like them.

Great Staff and very friendly. They are always fast with feeling your prescriptions. Would highly recommend.

By far the best pharmacy in Pooler. There’s zero reason to go anywhere else. Fast, efficient, and will go above and beyond to help your family get the medications you need. Always willing to answer questions and even reminded me to pick up my husbands medication when I came through to pick up my kid’s. We moved away from the area and they STILL helped us. Never thought we’d miss a pharmacy after we moved. These people are wonderful. Thank you!

The employee that answered the phone today was very rude and acted like I was causing her more work by asking for a refill to be sent to Rincon. So thankful everyone at the Rincon store is so helpful. I have to work a 12 hour shift tomorrow and need a refill for my son Monday. I may have a hard time calling for a refill tomorrow due to work which is why this is so frustrating. And, Poolers number is also on the bottle under refills. So of course I am going to call that number! I do not understand why this was such a big issue for this employee. Very bad customer service.
