From the moment I walked into this office, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I was having a really hard morning and dealing with an embarrassing situation, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. A huge shout-out to Nai and Feddy ;they are truly amazing. Their kindness, encouragement, and advice meant more to me than they probably realize. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and never judged, and their positive energy completely changed my day. Dr. Lewis was just as wonderful professional, compassionate, and reassuring. Bonus he was hilarious ! I always come to this urgent care whenever I’m not feeling well — it’s my go-to spot. Leighton Parkins, PA, was quick, efficient, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the great care!

I had a wonderful experience seeing my provider, Leighton Parkins, PA-C. He was warm, patient, and very knowledgeable. The front desk receptionists were also very accommodating and kind.

I went in for ear congestion and pain and left with a z-pack and instructions to take Tylenol from the nurse practitioner. That same night I began to have other symptoms and was in excruciating pain. I called in the morning and spoke with a receptionist and asked if I could speak to my provider. They told me I would receive a phone call back. 7 hours later and after a trip to an ENT, I have yet to receive a phone call. I do, however, have a ruptured ear drum, new antibiotics from the ENT (he told me “the z-pack won’t do anything”), steroids, and pain medication. It would be one thing if the provider gave me bad medical treatment. It’s another that on top of the poor treatment, they couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call. I would avoid this establishment.

The doc who was working here on 12/19 tf are you at work for if you don’t want to help? Not sure if it’s just us vets that they don’t like taking care of but what the hell. I have gone here twice with a fever and they don’t do a thing or give any meds just brought a buddy here and he came to visit and got sick has a fever 101 at the urgent care and they didn’t give anything….asked for a Z pack or a steroid shot and nothing. Does it hurt the doc to give meds is that something I am missing? Why can you not help us when we come in???
