Quick Care Med

I had a really great experience here today. I was seen quickly and everyone was so kind and attentive. The nurse practitioner made me feel very at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. I received an antibiotic injection, a steroid injection, and a breathing treatment, and they sent prescriptions right over to CVS for an inhaler, antibiotics, and steroids. I left feeling much better and very well cared for. So grateful for such a positive urgent care experience.

My experience was good with Darlene @ Quick Care Med. She focused on the issue and I was in and out quickly. She went above by sending out my sample for futher testing which needed to be done. There was a little screw up with the spelling of my name but that was quickly resolved. So I could get my medications. I needed another medication called in to a different pharmacy and that was handled correctly.

I don't think I've ever wrote a review 4 anything but, my mom is visiting and not feeling well and I'm literally a min away from them and have had nothing but good experiences with quick care!! It's been a little wait a couple times but nothing crazy and they r great! Very professional very nice and kind and Joel is awesome!! I've brought my 22 month old, my 13 year old and myself (and they have a doctor) and would recommend quick care absolutely. My mom just left 2 go there. So yes to a 5 star rating.

They are conveniently located to my house. The staff was friendly and professional. I used their app to fill in the required paperwork while waiting, paid my co-pay and waited for my turn. It was not too busy so I didn't have to wait a long time. The nurse I saw was friendly and personable and diagnosed me quickly and phoned in a prescription. I was there just over an hour which isn't bad for a walk-in. If I need this type of service again, I will definitely go back.

TLDR: the rest of the staff were great, the provider was dismissive and didn’t want to do anything. Came to the urgent care because my child had contracted Flu A that my husband had brought home a few days prior. For context, my son is 6 months old, and was exhibiting signs of a fever (reaching up to 103.5), cough, nasal congestion and running, lethargy, poor appetite and vomiting. After approximately 40 hours of symptoms, a very long night, and no break in his fever without the aid of Tylenol, my husband and I decided to take him to the urgent care to see if we could get some medication. Check-in process was easy, we were allowed to wait in the car and the sign in was seamless, and the nurse that triaged my son was also great.
