One to one PT with experts who never give you a repeat exercise. They have helped me heal from a broken ankle very quickly. Some of them have martial arts background so they had me doing stick work while balancing on a bosu ball. Visiting PT is so much fun with them. If you have any physical therapy needs, this place cannot be beat.

I have only been attending a boot camp class at Performance for a few short months and I have already seen tremendous improvements in my flexibility and endurance. Logan does an amazing job of switching up the workouts to keep them fun but more importantly they are goal reaching with results! Very good place to do your physical therapy. Staff is very friendly and well trained from the front office to the therapists especially Leslie, Steve, Rick, Nate and Devon. I have never had a better experience in my many years doing physical therapy. All of the therapist are very concerned about your condition and progress. You can tell they treat their employees very well as everyone seems happy to be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After my knee surgery, I worked with Leslie, Shane and Tara. They were all amazing! Tara pushed me (in a good way) so I could achieve my goal. If I ever need PT again I will definitely go back to them.

Today I just had my first appointment with Anna. She is so thorough and so amazing, and she listens to everything you have to say. She does complete comprehensive exams and wants to know every little detail so that way she can give you the best treatment possible. I had previous physical therapy appointments in the past, and I am looking forward to actually going to physical therapy for once. I have faith that she can get me where I need to be based on my first visit.
