Quest Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

My son was referred here by his speech therapist to have him checked for lip and tongue restrictions. Everyone was so nice and I felt Dr. Miller really took the time to explain everything so well and didn't feel like we were being judged about anything he has going on in his mouth. My son said he was nice and I like that he talked to him normal and didn't feel the need to use "baby talk" like some pediatric dentists have done in the past with my children (they didn't like it). It was such a nicer experience overall than the dentists we have tried locally (Alexandria/Pineville) and definitely feel like it will be worth the 1.5 hr drive to continue using Quest. In the near future my husband and I are planning to switch our 4 other children over here.

I couldn’t decide if I wanted to send my kids to a pediatric dentist or just bring them to mine, but after our first visit, I am so glad that I picked Quest. All of the staff were exceptional with my kids. They explained everything that they were going to do step by step. When we left, my son said “ this is the best doctor ever!”

We had a very pleasant experience! It was my 1.5 and 2.5 year olds’ first time at the dentist. I was recommended Quest Pediatric Dentistry by numerous coworkers. When I called to make the appointments, the office let me know they opened a new location in Opelousas, so we decided to give the new location a try. The office contacted me in advance to get the kids’ insurance and most of our information so all I had to do the day of was sign a few consents. We were greeted with friendliness from the minute we stepped in the building. The waiting room was cute with a little pirate ship and a video game room. We always have such a pleasant experience at Quest. The kid-friendly environment helps soothe so much of my girl’s anxiety. They’re quick, thorough, and won’t hesitate to explain everything they’re doing, before doing it. We highly recommend Quest Pediatric Dentistry.

Quest has the most professional, kind, calming and thorough staff members. Great job working through my child's nervousness and ultimately resulting in her being happy, calm and cooperative 😃. She actually enjoyed this visit!!
