My first couple of months was pretty good as far as receiving professional care from the nurses inside the infusion area afterwards during my visits to see the oncologist physician when speaking with the nurse during our discussion of progress the information given seemed a little off wasn't making sense concerning my prognosis. I started to get this uncomfortable feeling receiving care there that I needed to move forward elsewhere I later discovered I made the right decision I was billed a very large bill that I am responsible to pay for cancer treatments. They were so ugly, mean , and aggressive to me. I’m literally typing this while sitting in the hospital bed . The lady who gave me my x-ray came with such a nasty attitude. I’m sitting here in pain. How can you be mean to me ? Is it because the color of my skin Because I’m black? I should have drove a little further to the main campus . Almost everyone was rude Even the lady who gave me my medicine, I don’t understand how they can work in the hospital And be so Rude to people they don’t care about your well-being . The only few people that was nice and decent was The lady who Got me situated inside in the room, The person who checked me in when I first came in the hospital Mr Reggie And the Security guard who helped me park my car The rest was very mean I still don’t know what type of m

My experience at the infusion clinic when I go is wonderful! The girls there are so nice, friendly and caring!! Keep up the good work girl!!

Had to go to the emergency room for a kidney stone that came on out of nowhere in the middle of my road trip. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to help ease the pain I was in add diagnose it quickly. My nurse Megan was so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for all of your help!

Got in through the ER quick due to me crying because of the pain I was in. They did minimal testing and told me it was anxiety and gave me a sedative through an IV. Obviously that didn't help with the pain, and I found out after going to a different ER several weeks later because I was once again in the same excrutiating pain, that I have a galstone, and I need surgery. I could've gotten help sooner if they actually listened to their patient. Never going there again.
