I had a great experience here today while getting my blood drawn for annual blood work. I was in and out within 8 minutes. I was able to check in on the phone and was getting my blood drawn within 2 minutes of walking in the door. I forgot to the get the lady's name who drew my blood but she was such a pleasure and very kind. I am scared of needles and she made it easy for me. I didn't feel her poke me which was awesome. This is my new go to spot for getting my annual blood work

I arrived at the facility 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and Rhonda came out to greet me and take me to the room. She introduced herself and was very friendly and sweet. She downloaded all the information she needed from me, as I was a first time patient, and drew my blood quickly, with no pain at all. She is clearly a well skilled professional who also knows how to chat with the patients in a friendly way. I absolutely would recommend this facility to everyone.

If you are in need of a blood draw, please go somewhere else. I had mine on Thursday. By the end of the day, I wasn’t able to move my arm. My arm was dark purple from the biceps all the way down to my hand. A simple blood draw ended up with a trip to the ER. I was told that they punctured my nerve and did a horrible job drawing my blood. It’s Sunday now and I’m still having issues. My arm feels numb. It will take about two weeks to heal. The nurse was very nice but she should not be drawing blood. Be safe

I had to get 15 vials of blood drawn for my new doctor I started seeing. It was a lot, and I started feeling very sick. Shondra made it as quick and painless as possible for me. When I started feeling woozy and hot, she put ice packs on me and told me to take my time. She was so super nice and I am very thankful she helped me!

I come here almost every week with my dad for his INR check. The staff is always professional, everything is clean and sterile, and they’re very precise with timing. I really like and trust this medical laboratory.
