Easy to find, next to big indoor parking ramp. The tests were performed well, and I was treated respectfully throughout the process. They showed me what was being done to maintain control of the chain of custody for my sample. My advice is not to schedule a urine test around the time most lab technicians want to leave for a lunch break. Some stay behind to cover, but the queue moves very slowly then, and people keep checking in because they made their appointments ahead of yours. The additional wait gets very uncomfortable!

Improperly trained staff caused me to receive a bill that I shouldn't have. They force you to scan your insurance card at check in, then the guy drawing my labs asked for my card also, yet they still couldn't manage to even get a claim submitted to the insurance company, so instead they think they're just going to send me a $2000 bill. Beware people, find a better location if you have a life and don't like to work for free by having to do Quests job for them and fight with correcting their mistakes.

Quest Diagnostics at Riverbend was very efficient and professional. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in at the kiosk. I was called for my blood draw within 5 minutes. I was done and out of there by 10:20.

When did clinics transition to a kiosk only check-in process? I know Quest Diagnostics isn’t struggling enough financially to have NO registration clerks. Lazy and incompetent as a company. While waiting in a packed waiting room over an hour past my originally scheduled appointment time, I witnessed numerous elderly folk who did not understand the process. Even so, the process is difficult, faulty, and gross. This company clearly puts profits before costumer service, their employees, and makes a simple lab service way more difficult and frustrating than it needs to be. I do NOT recommend that you go here.

Gabriella was extremely professional and helpful. The wait wasn’t long and I was basically in and out. The kiosk was extremely simple to navigate as well
