The check-in process is awesome. They have a digital machine that checks you in and easily scans your ID and insurance card. So efficient. We waited under 10 minutes. The person who did my blood draw was kind, quick, and respectful. I was in and out fast, and it didn’t hurt at all. Honestly, so much better than going to my doctor’s office for labs. Highly recommend.

Brought my autistic son in for blood work. He does NOT like needles. Check in at the kiosk was straightforward. The initial tech was very understanding. My son (who is 20) didn't make the process easy by any means. It ended up taking two techs and both of us parents to get his blood drawn. It was all done patiently, quickly, and professionally. A urine sample was also needed but they said we could do that at home and gave us the necessary instructions and items. We appreciated this greatly as our guy was ready to go home after the blood draw. The sample was dropped later in the week. Very convenient. We are absolutely grateful to folks at Quest, thanks so much!

I've come here a handful of times for occupational health things for work. I've personally always had a good experience. Making an appointment online is easy , and you just click a link sent you by email or text to confirm you're there for your scheduled time. If you make an appointment, my experience is that, you go in fairly quick (5-10 minutes max). I've seen others walk in , and they are frustrated due to wait times. They will always prioritize appmnts over walk-ins (makes sense). So I do NOT recommend just waltzing in here and expecting to be seen right away. If you do, then ensure you've got time to do wait. My phlebotomists have always been good at obtaining specimen on first try , then again I'm young and have caterpillar veins 🙃. They're right on the first floor, straight ahe

Maggie was amazing! I told her I was scared of needles when she did my drawing and she counted down and helped distract me! We had a great conversation and she had me on my way! I get blood work done every 2-3 months so I know I will be back to see maggie!

The phlebotomist was amazing. I almost always have multiple sticks. She got my blood on the first try. Her bedside manner was nice too. In and out in not time with an appointment.
