Absolutely wonderful service. You check in at a kiosk and wait your turn. The wait was under 10 minutes. Once in the back the ladies are so sweet and caring. They explain everything to you and are very patient. Thank you for a non traumatizing experience.

My visit on Saturday 2/21, was perfect. I did not have an appointment, but was seen within a half an hour. I did visit your facility on Frank Scott Parkway on Friday afternoon since your hours are posted both on the door and on your website until 430. I arrived at 4:18 to find the entrance door locked. I waited until 4:30 hoping someone would come to the front door that I could speak with. That did not happen. If you are going to publicize your hours with a closing time, those hours need to be fulfilled. If your employees are closing the doors prior just because a client is not in the waiting room and they don’t want to stay past the posted time then that needs to be addressed.

I'm giving 2 stars bc I have had ok visits in the past but I have been 2x in the last month and sticks have been so painful and left week long bruising. My husband had a 4pm appointment last week and was there 10 min prior. He waited while others were call back and saw workers peering out at him in the waiting room. At 4:25 they came out to tell him they were closing. He was pretty mad to have spent 40 min there and then to be told they are closing and will not see him when he had an appointment. We will not be going back to this location.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Catina, the lead, for her incredible patience with me. I had a bit of a shy bladder, and she was so understanding and waited for me. Thank you so much!

Terrible wait times! Arrived early and wasn’t seen until 1 hour later. If you have to give a urine test I hope your bladder is strong. They do not have a front desk so you cannot talk to anyone to see if they can take your sample. Giving at least one star for minimum rating is too many!
