Queensgate Family Dentistry

Went in for a regular 6 month check up. Everyone was polite and friendly. Been going here for a few years now. Usually my appointments are close to being on time which is very nice. I would recommend them.

I honestly debated even leaving this review, but for the sake of others, I felt it necessary. Originally, I had wonderful experiences. I had one Dentist who worked with me who had an absolutely pleasant demeanor, no issues whatsoever but the past couple of years it seems there’s a new Dentist every single visit. Someone knew each time making each visit a bit uncomfortable because you have to go through your entire health history yet again with someone different mind you with the work I need done in my mouth right now I’m talking 3 to 4 visits a month with a new Dentist each time. There is one specific nurse there that is just absolutely wonderful. Thankfully she stays the same. I recently decided not to go back to this Dentist for multiple reasons one being they had to fix one of my back

The staff and doctor were very professional and friendly. I was amazed at how much work they were able to get done on my tooth as a new patient in for a broken tooth. I’m very sensitive about the status of my mouth and they all put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I was very unhappy with the way the front desk employee spoke to my husband and myself. She had an annoyed attitude and she rolled her eyes multiple times when question were asked. The dentist worked on one side and left the other side in pain. The following morning the space the dentist filled came out when I brushed my teeth, leaving my gum with a big hole. That was a waste of money. The dentist and her aide were nice. I think the aide was the kindness one of all.

Dental hygienist, Tina, was friendly and the X-rays and cleanings went smoothly. Dr. Pescon examined my teeth, explained my X-rays and spent time with me. The staff are all so friendly! Great dental office!!
