I would like to give my highest recommendation to the Medical Center for the outstanding care they provided to my mother. From start to finish, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to meeting her needs. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience made a meaningful difference during her visit. We are deeply grateful for the excellent service and the genuine care shown to her. Thank you for treating my mother with such respect and dedication. Denise, Jay, Natasha and Jennifer, just to name a few. have been extraordinary in making our visits smooth. They’ve taken personal attention and great pride in their customer service. I’ve been coming here since I was a toddler. Always been treated like family. However, these couple days have shown how well they take care of their patients. Jay and Lamar went above and beyond to move heaven and earth in order to get a very important appointment and paperwork. They are absolute blessings and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their help.

Yesterday, I wrote a review about how they give you an appointment 4-5 months later and the doctor couldn’t see me bc I was 10-15 mins late due to the weather and delays which is out of my control. This morning I see that my review is deleted. Deleting reviews rather taking accountability and making the patients visit better for next time just shows that this place is unprofessional and they don’t actually care about their patients. As patients we should be able to speak about our experiences without being silenced. As someone who’s been going to this place for years I’m disappointed.

Merima is a such a sweet and helpful for the patients. I love the way she talks to the patients. God bless her each and every single day.

Honestly the worst clinic, been going here for years but very slow service. The only good thing I have to say is Dr. Grant is an amazing doctor. As well as the front desk at family practice is great. If you ever come here expect to spend the next 3 hours waiting for an x-ray and definitely don’t schedule with an NP as they can’t order an X-Ray for you.
