If I could give negative stars I would. Prices for dental work is outrageously expensive, Dont get me wrong, my first visit? Absolutely great! Great customer service friendly staff and Dr. Martin seems very interested in my journey to a healthy smile, and has no problem shelling out pills to keep people coming back. But on my second and third final visit were not so great, they didn’t seem interested in helping me unless I paid in full for the work. Dr Martin was pushy and impatient because I haven’t secured a loan for the said amount. They are just eager to charge me and send me on my way. After my last appointment, I went to get a second opinion, because something just didn’t seem right. My estimated bill from Queen City? Over 17,000 after insurance, my second opinion? 8,900 for EVERYTHI

I was in dire need of emergency care and Dr. Martin and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating and caring. I was greeted by a friendly, smiling staff that did everything possible to help a bad situation turn into a positive. Very personable, funny, and friendly. I am almost glad that I had my emergency as I look forward to continuing my care with Queen City Dental.

I Usually don't like dentists. All ways in more pain when I leave then I was when I went in. Had to have a tooth pulled today and the gal who pulled my tooth was Awesome!. She made sure I was good and num and worked with the tooth till it came out. The whole staff there is so nice. I would recommend these folks any time

I went here for a root canal after getting an infection. They took $800 upfront and didnt tell me that they over charge you first without contacting insurance, then take the extra and put it as a credit on your account. I would have never known they took over $400 EXTRA dollars from me if it wasnt for a notification from my insurance saying my portion was only $280. Sure, I should have called the insurance company myself, but the fact they intentionally did not tell me is very alarming. I would like to see their policy on "unclaimed" funds in peoples accounts. My guess is they are double dipping. They also told me they would put on a cap but instead left me with a drilled hole filled with a bit of cement. I was close to losing my teeth, now my amile is great. They do great work. Lets say they quit taking my insurance Im atill going to them cause work is awsome. Dr. Martin is a freat dentist. She was able to crown all my teeth and give me an implant.vthanks ypu guys rule
