Cesar was Amazing. Super kind, quick and so helpful. Had an exchange situation, just outside the allowable exchange time frame, helped me anyway. Perfect Holiday spirit you'd expect from a company like Oakley. Management taught him right!

Not happy with the customer service here with the girl working today, 9/30@3pm. |purchased them with my own money, ok? I didn't ask you to do me a favor. I told her that when I wore them, my ear hurt so much, but she said the sunglasses were already scratched. Ok, I understand, but you are customer service; you sell items for people. Can you just please be smarter? They have problems with the items; that's why they come back to ask you for an exchange or return, not to come and argue with you. This girl has bad customer service, but I'm happy that I chatted with Quay customer service they're way better--nicer and more helpful than you.

Got super lucky and bought two fabulous pairs of sunglasses at this Brea Mall location! Mia and Macaiah (sorry if I forgot the spelling!) were so helpful. Mia has a great eye and helped sway me on the "Felt Cute" pair. Also walked away with "All Talk." LOVE these frames sooooo much already.

I bought a pair of Hot Pink Running Riot sunglasses for my mom from Quay Australia for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved the style, but unfortunately they were broken. I called Quay and they had me break the sunglasses in half and tear the arms off to prove they were broken. I sent them the photos of the glasses, now completely destroyed beyond repair per customer care's request, only to receive an email that the glasses were completely out of stock. My sweet mother was willing to super glue the glasses in order to keep wearing them and I made the mistake of convincing her to let me get her a new pair from the company because it is their duty to sell an honest, quality product. Super cool store. You can try on all the different glasses and ask any questions of the friendly and accessible staff members. You can buy this brand online but this is one of their only actual stores that you can try in the different styles. They have lots of different sun glasses and blue light glasses too. Easy check out process and you are on your way.
