Dr. Karen is warm & thoughtful about her patients. I’ve been bringing my kids here since about age 7-8. Even though this practice is not specifically geared for kids, she and her staff are kind and warm so my kids transitioned to this dentistry very easily from their previous kids-dental office. The other Dr. Koo is very y nice too!

Dr. Koo and Marissa were amazing today . They took such good care of me from the moment I walked in until I left. I felt extremely cared for and they treated me with such care and kindness. Thank you guys for your help ! Highly recommend

My wife had been raving about how great her visits were, and she kept encouraging me to go—and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff, including the wonderful nurses, Natalie and Susie, made me feel so welcomed and at ease. Dr. Karen herself is an absolute gem—she's joyful, incredibly kind, and genuinely caring. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable, asking if I needed anything, and even reminding me to let her know if she was being too firm during the cleaning. Dr. Karen is a very gentle dentist, its the least amount of discomfort ive ever experienced at a dentist office. I've never waited more than 5 mins in the waiting room and everyone is always super helpful.
