My first visit was very thorough. I feel like my story and issues were heard. Dr. Quartell gave me great insight and ideas. The staff are so friendly. I highly recommend this office and will be back soon.

Dr. Quartell and his staff are amazing! Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to, he’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend visiting his office.

The massage and dry-needling were good. However, the receptionist mixed up my appointment, but failed to take accountability for her error. Everyone makes mistakes; no big deal. It was the blatant lies, accusations and carelessness that had me upset. When I arrived she stated, "you canceled or someone you know did", and "the manager's not here and the doctor's busy." I told her I called about 3PM to confirm my 5PM appointment so she must be mistaken. Also someone else was there for my 5PM appointment. Then the doctor took 30 minutes to come out yet said, "I heard you loudly upset, but whether (the error was) intentional or unintentional, being upset is not helpful." Why did it take you that long to come out to me with a resolution? I had to leave from work early to get there on time to w

Quartell Chiropractic, as always, was attentive, skillful, and friendly. 16 years going to chiropractors, without a doubt Dr Quartell is hands down the best. The staff as well. Never disappointed. 10/10
