They discharged my kids grandma "Eleanor" home with a negligent person against my kids wishes, alert & healthy upon discharge, deceased within a month . This facility lets a woman named " Kathy" prey on their lonely seniors, and lets them go home with her. Beware this women uses seniors as her side hustle and then doesn't get them medical care once she takes them in. And that's what happened to " Eleanor" gone within a month with " Kathy"

I have had a very positive experience with my family member at this facility. My mother did rehab and returned home. Nursing staff communicated well with health updates. I would recommend this facility.

My family has been pleased with the care. The nurses are good about calling with medication changes and lab work.

Admitted our Mom on a Thursday and checked her out 2 days later! Upon admission, the doctor cut her nerve medication in half! On top of that they did not have the medication on site and I was not told for 2 days! She was about to have a mental breakdown! Because it was the weekend I was told that we would have to wait until Monday! She also was prescribed pain medication as needed for 2 broken ribs! It could take up to 2 hours before they could get it to her!!! Being prescribed as needed she had to ask for it! She’s 83 , can we not stay ahead of the pain or at least get it to her in a timely manner when she ask and it’s past time! Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with a nurse! We were not pleased at all!

They lied and told me my father was not incontinent. When we got him home we found out he was not able to tell when he needed to go. He's dead now 😢
