Stay away from this place. My mom came here for a mammogram. They billed $248. I paid it. Then they billed us again for the same exact charge, and I paid it again. After being paid twice, they still sent the account to collections. Now they’re telling me I have to pay the $248 again because collections claims it’s still owed. That is insane. The only reason this hasn’t gone further is because I kept the receipts proving they were already paid—twice. This is not a one-off mistake. Look at the 1-star reviews. This place clearly has serious billing and management problems. No one should be threatened with collections after paying in full, especially for cancer screening. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I recently had some imaging done with upmc. I started to get phone calls from a number I dont recognize. Here it was a collections agency calling me about a bill I didnt know I even had with quantam imaging. Never sent me a bill or anything. If they want people to pay a bill even for 10 dollars, here is a wise thing to do, send the person a bill Instead of taking the easy way out and sending it to collections.

I would give them a negative stars I would. I never received any bills for MULTIPLE services. I sent them payments based on my Cigna portal and they rejected the mail payment 3 times. Additional items billed under other names that didn't link to Quantum. They sent me to collections without any documentation. When I asked over the phone for the details so I could match them with my insurance claims site none matched. I requested them be mailed to me, still waiting.

Quantum billing is horrible. UPMC and Quantum are HUGE scam. They double bill. You agree to the good faith estimate and then lie about additional charges not listed on the signed good faith estimate. I know this is my one only time that I will ever use UPMC and Quantum.

Never received one bill from these people. I get a collections notice. I call the collections company and they said I have 4 collections on file for them! The total of all 4 was $30. I didn't even know who they were!! I am filing with PA Attorney General. This is ridiculous!
