They never call back even when they say they do. And when i call, the phone just rings and rings. Cleanings go smoothly, but recently they want to put a cap on my tooth that isnt a cavity and causes me no issue all because i had a spot filled twice

I recently had Klein Dental's in-house whitening done at their Lewisberry office. They start you off with trays and a gel to reduce the sensitivity from the in-house whitening session. You wear the trays with the gel (at home) for approximately 20-30 minutes for 3-4 days prior to your appointment. Appointment took about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. When I heard 2 hours, I didn't think I could go through with it. However, it's only four 15-minute light treatments. It just takes time to get everything setup (brace to hold your mouth up, sunglasses, bib, gum protection). Your very professional dental hygienist assistant walks you through everything that he/she are doing, why they are doing what they are doing, and are consistently checking on you to ensure that you are not experiencing discomf

Had a really great experience at this Dental office. All the staff, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor, to the guy that checked me out was friendly and personable. I'm in the hospitality industry myself and sometimes feel like professionalism and friendliness are hard to come by. Never once, like other dental offices, did they ask me what I do or don't do to take care of my teeth. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. I really recommend Klein Dental.

Definitely do not recommend this office. First anytime you call them they say they will call you back and they never do. Second, they clearly only care about money. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning, and the dentist was not even present that day. Not a big deal because the hygienists do the cleanings anyways. Then I received a bill stating they were out of network. I gave them my updated insurance card at the beginning of my appointment and they never once said they were out of network. Then I come to find out that there are two dentists at there Lewisberry location and one is in Network and the other is not. So they intentionally had me "see" the out of Network dentist so that they could charge more and it wouldn't be covered by my insurance. They don't allow you to choose which dent

Everyone in this office is very welcoming and in sync with one another to get the job done. They do not rush you, but make sure you are finished in a timely manner. Peter does a great job and is very gentle, yet thorough with his cleanings.
