Quality Urgent Care

I had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and answered ALL of my questions. I have not had good experiences with any other place around. Definitely recommend coming here!!

Absolutely no issues with the doctors here. I avoid this clinic at all costs unless absolutely necessary. Every time I have gone here or needed to take a child in, I ALWAYS verify insurance info and my address because I have yet to get a bill from them in several years. I called in February (after I received my insurance benefits mail seeing it had been taken care of) to see why I still haven’t received a bill for my daughter’s appt. True to past experience, I’m told that there is no balance in my account and that’s why I haven’t received a bill. Tell me why I came home to not one, but two pieces of mail from a collection agency on their behalf when there has been no mail or phone calls and them telling me I owe nothing . Next time I will risk the 1.5 hour drive to North Platte.

Not impressed with QUC. Took my 2 year old in late on a Saturday, i get its annoying to do that but i was concerned. I thought it was best to try Urgent Care than the ER for a fever and lethargy. Got to town around 4:30, we live an hour away. They close at 5. Checked in, filled out paperwork, got called back. Nurse came in tried to take his temp, he had been running 100 degree temps all day. Said it was 98. I didn't think she tried super hard to get an accurate temp but I said whatever. Noticed my son had gotten a rash on the hour car ride over. Dr came in, did not introduce himself, had no idea what his name was, I started explaining what was going on. He didnt seem to be listening super well and trying to talk over me. I visited when I needed an urgent care while traveling. They billed my visit as a clinic visit, costing me about $500. I asked if they could properly code the visit as urgent care, and the desk staff told me "we just bill everything as a clinic visit. It's easier". When I asked why it said "Urgent Care" on the side of the building, she got snippy and said "it says 'and clinic too". I had to go through a months long dispute with my insurance to get this corrected. I am not sure if the staff is just incompetent regarding billing or if they are actual crooks for their refusal to properly code insurance claims, but I'd give this place a wide berth.

We genuinely trust these Providers. I always feel like they take their time with my kids and I, but yet get us in and out in a timely manner. Generally, our family is very healthy we are all very healthy & consider them as our “Primary Helathcare Providers”. We have had nothing but success with things from hearing issues to sports injuries. If they can’t take care of it there, then they swiftly & painlessly get us referred over to another great Provider that specializes in what we’re needing. I highly recommend this Clinic.
