They were wonderful and easy to work with. They were responsive to our calls and very kind to talk to. They were proactive in helping solve our problems. They got us a bed quickly. They were understanding and generous when we suddenly had a change of circumstances and no longer needed the bed after just a few days. I would work with this company again and again. Thank you for making a difficult time easier! Elderly care is so stressful and it was nice to have a company be quick, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and generous!
Worst experience at this location. Their motto is “Our family taking care of your family”. They actually could care less. Ready to argue before you could finish explaining your situation. Staff was very rude and condescending. Chose USave pharmacy in mccook and save your family headaches and future grief!
We needed a heavy duty wheelchair and found one here. Frontier has a good variety of equipment and the staff was helpful.
Morgan was great help. Courthouse and knowable. Great greeter
