I was temporarily stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base and forgot some of my CPAP supplies. Needing these for my health, I contacted this business hoping to purchase replacements locally to avoid being without my CPAP machine for over 2 weeks. Visiting the store, I specified what I needed but, I was met with the insistence on a prescription and other documentation before any sale could proceed. I complied with their requirements. During my lunch break, I attempted to purchase a hose and headgear. The staff at the front counter was unhelpful, untrained, and there were significant issues with the computer system, causing me to exceed my lunch break by nearly 30 minutes. We drove down from Michigan and as we settled into our AirBnb, my husband realized he forgot one tiny piece of his CPAP and it was a VERY long night. We Googled this place and hoped for the best. Not only did they have EXACTLY what he needed, it was an extra piece they had hanging around and it was free of charge. The young lady who helped us was outstanding and literally saved our vacation!!

Forgot my hose and delivery system at home, when I went on vacation. All the local drugstores suggested this place. They had what I needed and at a great price! Wonderful staff! Bless you ladies!

Went to get a filter so I can use my recalled cpap machine, that I still have. The lady was very nice and showed me how to use it.
