We are on vacation and one of our pups had an issue. Everyone was so kind and helpful with Maverick. He is in good health and we are grateful for finding this place to care for him.

The staff are all friendly and happy to see us. They are intelligent, patient, and professional. They treat each patient with care and kindness. You know your pet is in the most efficient pet care facility in Alabama. Dr Scarlett is a star 🌟. Very much respected, and appreciated by the owners of her animal patients. April 4, 2025 So I put out a Distress Signal for Super Hero Dr. Scarlett to see my English Bull Dog again, this time for a serious eye problem. We were waiting in our room when Dr Scarlett flew in with her hair flowing and her cape flowing and says " what can I do for you today, to make you feel better Sugar"? New patient appointment but you would think we had been going there for years. Front desk staff are helpful, pleasant to visit with and they took care of all our check in. Dr Megan is awesome! She took time to explain everything she was doing and took her time with us. Being not rushed is a pleasant surprise. I can’t say enough about them. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience with compassionate care! While visiting Gulf Shores from Cincinnati, my little dog Princess started vomiting. We contacted the Animal Medical Center and they gave us an appointment later that day. The receptionist, Josie, was AMAZING! She was incredibly kind and showed genuine interest in our problem. Dr. Meghan Brumby was SUPER NICE! She was very thorough during her examination, displaying her knowledge and taking the time to explain everything about my dog's condition and the available options for treatment. Princess was much better by that evening. I cannot THANK the wonderful people at Animal Medical Center enough for their help and professionalism!
