This is the best pharmacy, they always treat me so nice, it feels so hometown, the ladies are all so great. They never make me wait and always treat me like family, love it.

This is the best Little Pharmacy. The ladies that work there are awesome. The ladies are very friendly and they go above and beyond trying to take care of your pharmacy needs. If you have a medication that is hard to get, give these ladies a try and they will do their very best to try and get it for you!!! They have drive-thru and very fast with hardly no wait time. The pharmacy text you once prescription is ready for pickup. Give Magnolia Springs pharmacy a try and you will not be disappointed.

Best locally owned Pharmacy that I have ever had, and trust me after living here over 35+ years I have had to deal with several other big chain pharmacies. After moving out of the over building in Foley especially basically on top of our neighborhood we bailed and moved just around the corner from Magnolia Springs Pharmacy and I could not be more grateful and pleased. Such a genuine and friendly staff.
