if you are a older nurse don't apply here they will fire you if you get sick. they will say that they didn't know that you were that sick. swear that they didn't have your daughter's phone number when it is the emergency contact. Give you the hardest cases. act like they care then back stab you. if you get hurt don't count on workman's comp they wont pay it out.

Quality Private Duty Care is a wonderful company. My husband & I are very thankful for the services that they provide. Lisa Human is a wonderful RN/Case Manager. All the staff that I have encountered are outstanding in their particular positions. I, also, am thankful to serve as Homemaker through Quality. I will always recommend Quality to my friends & family when they have a need for home health care. They are an excellent entity.

Started quality private duty in Knoxville everybody was awesome director knew had to do his job. My daughter and I move to Roane County the director Tamatha told me pediatrics cases don't work in this county. And Kingston office has bad nursing qualities are they go outside and smoke and ignore my daughter they would spend an hour with her of care another 11 hours they were this play on their phone and tablet and make nor my daughter while I was at work I put a camera in House that made no nurse want to work here where they don't do their joband I caught Them not doing their job. Quality staff don't know how to take care of children or do reports and logs and and report where she has a major scratch on the back of her leg where it's going to leave a scar on her leg.
