Food City Pharmacy

Something has changed with this pharmacy recently. They used to be great, but now they: May or may not answer the phone, make snarky remarks they think you can’t hear when you do get them on the phone, take days to fill some perscriptions, tell you they probably can’t fill a prescription that was called in at 10am because they didn’t check their voicemail until late evening… Called WalGreens and had the same prescription filled within 15 minutes that FoodCity told us they wouldn’t have “time” to do that day.

The male pharmacist personally called CVS to see if my medication was in stock because Food City was out. Great customer service and I did not ask him to do that and he went above and beyond to make sure you get your medicine this weekend and didn't have to wait several weeks. We'll definitely use him and's pharmacy again

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Tammie went above and beyond today to help with an issue with my insurance company. Cannot thank you enough. Thanks so much!!!

Best pharmacy we have ever used! I have been shopping at this store for five years and although the store has went downhill the pharmacy has not. If our insurance won't cover the medication they help us find coupons to lower our cost. We always get a refreshing smile and a thank you from this pharmacy. Wait times are minimal unlike the Korger and Walmart in this area.

The Pharmacy never has your refills on time, and when you call, there's always an excuse as of way it didn't get done!!
