Terribly Poor Customer Service, I have been going in here for years and have spent thousands of dollars trying to support a local business. I recently had them make a new pair of glasses with a to me was a radical change in one eye that took me a while to get used to with many headaches. The glasses they made were defective from the start with the lenses popping out easily. I have spent quite a bit of time looking on the floor for popped out lens. both of them easily pop out at the worst times. I stopped in the have them look at them and was told the lenses were poorly made & I would have to give them the glasses. It took 3 weeks to get these made so I was not happy about having to go back to an old pair that had a much different script on my right eye. They didn't seem to really care much

I have been using Quality Optical for over ten years. A great place to get your eyes checked. Friendly and professional.

I don't understand the negative comments here... My husband and I have received excellent service here, and some of the best glasses I've ever had, at competitive prices. They really know their stuff. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this office for the past couple years and each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff here are very friendly, the Doctor is experienced at what he does, and they accept most vision insurances in this area, including VSP which is what I have. Over all I recommend this office. They have a good frame selection and I enjoy supporting local businesses like this one.
