Beacon Occupational Health Middlebury

I’ve been to Goshen and Elkhart occupational office. And Middlebury is by far the best! I strongly believe if there is any negative reviews of this place, it’s from drug users not passing a drug test and try to place them blame on this office. Went in for a full medical exam and felt welcome and made super comfortable. Part of the exam was a blood draw and I HATE needles. Jennifer and Vanessa were super patient and understanding and kept me comfortable the whole time. They sympathized with my fear and went an extra step to make me comfortable. Huge thanks to NP Karen James, Vanessa, and Jennifer!

Do NOT trust these people! They are not your friends. They work for the big businesses in the area and will work against you to please their customers by keeping their costs down. Whatever they tell you, get a second opinion and fight and argue with them to get to the actual truth of every situation. Shame on you healthcare workers who screw over injured people that go to you for help!

Staff were very rude, acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them to be a work.

Rude. Makes you wait 10 mins. Even if your the only person there.

Courteous. Took care of everything I needed.
