BEWARE!!! They sold me a $1600 pair of glasses promising that they would be the best I ever had or my money would be fully refunded. I got the glasses and the prescription was so far off I could barely see to drive. When I returned them and asked for my refund, they said they would have to send me a check even though I paid by credit card. I have waited and called and they never sent the check. It has now been over five months and they still have my $1600. Do not believe them when they say if you are not satisfied, you will get your money back. They have had the glasses all along and still will not give me my money back.

WARNING: Do not go here. I looked for a place that took VSP and their website said they do. When I called and asked and when I got there they said they accepted it. Truth is they don't use VSP. They are OUT OF NETWORK but will lie to you. The woman there did not understand that VSP has different coverage of options but said she would knock $100 of the price and "give me a good deal". I bought a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses that came to be $1200. I know my VSP Plus coverage would cover about half of that but now I found out they are truly out of network when I contacted VSP and can only get $170 back. She did not give me a receipt when purchased. I had to contact them to send me one. Sent me a receipt that just said 2 glasses, $1200. Are you kidding me? Very shady operation a

Was a client for over 10 years but the recent issues have me at a new, and lovely, place in Odenton. I was willing to pay well over my FEP blue insurance for nice frames and Zeiss lenses until the last visit. I do like the fact that they’ll remake glasses when there is an error but the last time I went through 3 remakes and it’s still wasn’t quite right and I gave up. At the new place I paid 1/4 what I previously paid out of pocket, I’m glad I made the switch. I’m sad to go because I really used to like the quality, but it’s not what it once was at least for me

I originally purchased Zeiss Lenses and while I was sticker shocked a bit, I cannot begin to describe how much clearer and sharper things are vice my plastic lenses. At the time there was no need to replace frames but 3 months later Frames Broke. The staff was quick to find a similar style and put my great lenses into a new pair of frames. Highly Recommend this local business!
