Quality First Urgent Care

We visited this urgent care tonight and had a genuinely great experience. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. We felt listened to, and the provider took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. I especially want to mention how much things have improved. I actually came here with my mom a few years ago and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience back then. The service at that time was terrible. It’s clear there has been a major change in staff and overall management, and it truly shows.

Not coming back here anymore. The bedside manner here isn’t good like it used to be. You’ll get comments like “why didn’t you see your pediatrician? … this isn’t the pediatrics” almost instantly as soon as the doctor opens the door. My son is a non-verbal autistic. As a parent I’m already overwhelmed and trying to be his advocate. I just keep replaying this in my head. I got my son treated which is good but I would choose another place to go.

I came a few times. The doctors are good and all but the staff is just not it. Sunday there are no X-rays so don’t even waste your time. I come in the next day. They tell me no appointment needed and that they are taking X-rays till 9. I come at 8 and and and 8:35pm I’m being told that the technician is not accepting anymore patients. Total waste of time. Will never come back here that’s for sure

Just had a visit with PA Aliza, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Her expertise and compassionate approach truly stood out. I highly recommend PA Aliza for anyone seeking top-quality care!

The urgent care team is absolutely amazing… but Dr. Cohen Azarkin is a complete nightmare and should not practice medicine! Horrific bedside manner who does not care to know his patients and just wants to pump you up with prescriptions and give out referrals for no reason whatsoever. Let’s not mention his inappropriate comments such as “do you even speak English”, which I turn and sarcastically say “NO, NOT AT ALL”. I can Only imagine how uninformed patients just accept that this is how you should be treated. After meeting him once, I cancelled My follow up and went to NYU to find a primary doctor. This is not how medicine should be practiced
