This was my very first visit to this clinic, and I had a great experience at Quality First Family Health. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Ms. Olivia was especially kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Ebony is truly exceptional. I’ve never felt more comfortable around a doctor before. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. She put together a very thorough treatment plan and even gave me homework to complete before reassessing in two weeks, which made me feel confident and involved in my care. I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. They were extremely dismissive during visits and didn’t take my concerns seriously. The referrals we were told would be sent were never provided, and medications that were supposedly sent to the pharmacy were delayed or never sent at all. On top of that, a medication that required prior authorization was prescribed, but the authorization was never completed or resolved, leaving me without the treatment I needed. This lack of communication and follow-through made an already stressful situation much worse. I hope the office improves its patient care, responsiveness, and overall reliability.

First off I would like to express that I am very dissatisfied with how she speaks to patients. Today (11/11/25) I called to ask more concerning questions of what my follow-up appointment would consist of since I was only in need of a refill of my oral contraceptive. From my understanding, there is no need of an appointment for refill for such thing, which is why I had questions on what will our follow up consist of if no pap is due ,blood work, etc? She got defensive and told me I can be seen elsewhere and hung up the phone. My concerning questions were not combative nor rude and she told me to go elsewhere and ended the call in my face. Don’t go to this place the front lady is very nice. So I thought okay the NP might be nice or cool or down to earth or whatever too. Well I’m asking about follow up questions on a follow up and she gets combative with me and rude bcuz I guess my questions were too much when these are normal things you talk to a provider about. Idk how this doctor can call her self a doctor she is rude honestly I think she’s just there for a damn pay check. I’m sorry if I have so many questions and you’re to inpatient to answer them or deal with me at all!!! This place is just trash plus there should be some type of fraud going on because my insurance only covers girly issues.
