Quality Care Pharmacy

I have to call and call almost every single time it is time to refill, even while I have set up my account for delivery automatic refill. That is the reason I went to this pharmacy in the first place. Today again I called 5 times to see if my medications that I have been out of since yesterday are going to come today at all. I cannot be without these medications. I was told rudely by someone on the phone, " we're working on it, check back in 15 minutes." and still nothing. Now again I am frantically trying to figure out what to do.

New owner. Very personable staff. I feel like I’m going to see a friend to pick up my medicine. They seem to genuinely care. They helped me save money on an expensive specialty medication without me even asking! They deliver too.

Amazing staff! Deliveries are spot on, and refills are automatically sent in time, without my having to remind them. Love dealing with everyone there!

Previous poster was correct!! DO NOT trust them with important meds. Two of my doctors confirmed they called my prescriptions in last week. No word from the pharmacy! Talked to Anthony at the pharmacy and he tried to play coy. You really don't want to hold psych meds from a patient, Anthony. Bad business!

Unlike the big chain stores, the pharmacist owns the store so he has a personal stake in getting your meds filled. He is a genius about the different HMO's, Prior Authorizations and battling insurance companies to get your prescriptions filled. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!
