Quality Care Pharmacy

Reading the mixed reviews for Quality Care pharmacy, it seems many people aren't considering the facts about the current industry. Pharmacies right now are in a state of a perfect storm type crisis due to things like shrinking profits from PBMs, decline in profitability, and major staff shortage & burnout. Yes, you might experience a wait, or the staff might seem "grumpy," busy, forgetful; they are working incredibly hard in a difficult time, especially here in Carlisle, following the local Rite Aid closures and CVS reductions ontop of the perfect storm the industry is going through. I'm not excusing poor service. I generally don't tolerate it and do confront it. Pharmacist (the old grumpy one) had an absolutely terrible attitude, complete with eye rolls and shoulder shrugs and sighs from them immediately. Acted as if it was a bother just for them to do their job or answer a simple question, despite me being nothing but respectful to them. The second younger pharmacist had a better attitude the following day when I had to come back, but doesn't make up for the poor attitude from the previous (old and grumpy one). Go somewhere else in Carlisle for your medication needs if you don't want to be made to feel a nuisance for being a paying customer.

I've been picking up prescriptions from here for the last couple years and have had a very friendly and pleasant visit every single time no matter the time of day or week. LOVE the inside as well but only go inside if I have the $ to spend because I love too many items that they sell!

Terrible customer service and then when you say something they want to get an attitude with you. Then want to get involved when you speak up and act like your not here to pick up something.

As of the last pharmacist the managed the place things are definitely going downhill. I just hope it's because of transition and new employees but that hope has been burning since about the beginning of the year if not longer. Still my to go to pharmacy...tic tok time will tell
