I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for twelve years and have always trusted their service, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I called at 6:30 PM to confirm picking up my antibiotics, and I was clearly told that I could come. However, when I arrived at 6:52 PM, the pharmacy was already closed. They closed earlier than stated without informing me, which caused me an unnecessary trip and delayed my ability to get the medication I needed. As a long-time customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, especially when it involves something as important as medications. I hope the pharmacy will take this issue seriously and improve their communication and workflow so other patients won’t have the same experience

My first time coming here to get my prescription, the staff were all nice and attentive. Even though it was busy, I got my prescription in a timely manner. During covid times, It is good to see the staff members were all wearing masks and keeping the place clean. I would recommend coming here to get your prescriptions and other necessities as they have a large range of products to offer.

This is a terrible pharmacy,they never remind patients to bring prescriptions,they service is horrible,every time you call for consultation,they just ask you to come to the store and then inform you what documents are missing.they won't tell you on the phone,they just want to waste customers' time and make customers go to the doctor's office and their pharmacy several times. This is a hateful pharmacy,please don't go there.

I get my meds here often and it is a nice & clean! They offer many services so it is good for me. I often call ahead to get my meds done so I do not have to wait long! Definitely recommend this pharmacy over others on 86th street. They even speak my home dialect, teochew. 10/10!
