Typical apartment complex in Fostoria. Upkeep is lacking, could use a renovation. Typically smells like cigarette smoke and occasionally pot smoke. The residents I've encountered while visiting my aunt have always been pleasant. Be careful entering the parking lot as the pot holes are getting bigger by the day especially one near the road entrance.

Wonderful experience for my mother. We waited three months to get in because of credit issues but Sonja was so helpful and patient. The apartment is just amazing and so bright. Mom loves it!

Needs a new update... yes, friendly but too much so. Prices are GREAT! BUT they tell you what you want to hear to get you into an apartment then the bills start coming.... i was told utilities range from $60 -80 per month (obviously depends on how you set your temps) but wasn't told columbia gas of Ohio charges $50 JUST to have the service on. You're literally paying for "delivery charges"and past updates to the service of Ohio, like pipes, equipment and roads! Can't turn it off either or you're breaking your lease. Not quite sure why it's still on when I called the company and they said I could put it on hold, which I did, but I got a note in the door about breaking the lease. Inspection every month!
