I was terrified after having my 5 year old cat diagnosed with pyometra. These amazingly kind people calmed my nerves and got her in right away for surgery. I left paying only $200 after being quoted $1470 from a different vet. What a difference! I’m so glad these people cared about my cat’s quality of life rather than taking my savings. They answered each time I called about her and were very polite to me even when it got excessive 😅. It even appears they did general maintenance such as cleaning her ears, which shows they put in the extra mile to make sure their animals are comfortable and healthy. I’m so incredibly grateful to all of the staff who helped my baby and so glad I called around instead of being guilted into paying an insane price just for her to live. The first picture is her

Called to get my dog in as an emergency after recommended by a friend. Told them I’d pay cash on the spot. They said sorry they just got back from lunch at 2:15 and they wouldn’t take any other pets between then and 5:30 when they close. Even though I think my dog is dying. I’m so happy that they are that caring. Would not recommend as the women on the phone was very heartless.

Currently on the road driving back to my hometown of Findlay to the vet because I couldn't get a veterinarian in Fostoria to help me with my cat. I was standing in their waiting room with a cat in distress needing help and they turned me away and told me to go to Findlay. I was told to drive my distressed cat with a blocked urinary tract to Findlay because someone needed to trim a dog's nails. I was absolutely shocked. Update: General Tso didn't make it. Blanchard Valley Veterinarian clinic will cremate him and put him in a nice urn though. I know vets can turn away animals they've never seen. That does not condone their actions. I will be contacting the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board immediately tomorrow and lodging a complaint.

Best vet i have ever had!!! The staff is so friendly and genuine they really care about the fur babies. The vet herself is amazing absolutely love her. She explains things very clearly and answers any questions. The price is very reasonable.

Dr. Kim is simply awesome. My 16-year-old furbaby recently sustained a leg injury- nothing emergent or bleeding, but still painful. Because of covid, her regular vet was booked solid, and couldn't get us in until the end of September. A newer, more local vet clinic was unable to schedule her in until the end of August. Neither would prescribe her something to relieve her pain until they could actually see her. But I just couldn't let my sweet pup go that long without relief. I needed to ease her suffering! Dr Kim was able to squeeze her in within 2 days. Her examination was thorough and gentle. Her demeanor was friendly and fun loving, but professional. And her prices were beyond reasonable.
