Im really not one to leave reviews this is my first one but if I could give them 6 stars i would. The staff the techs the vet are beyond incredible. As the owner of two pups ,one being special needs and therefore often overlooked by everyone especially vets, I could not be more grateful for quail meadow. Any emergency I’ve had or just regular visits everyone there has been so helpful, warm and welcoming! I cannot recommend them enough they've truly just been amazing and i cannot thank them enough!! 💗

I can’t say enough how incredible Dr. Hernandez and her team are! Every visit me and my pup has had with them has been stellar! To say they are compassionate and caring is an understatement. We had a visit with them today when my fur baby suddenly stopped eating and they were extremely thorough to find the cause and get a solid treatment plan. They have never rushed us through an appointment, they take their time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have and always make sure I understand any meds that are prescribed and what to expect. They show my baby so much love and truly have his best interest as their top priority. From the second you call to make an appointment it is very evident how much care they put into the work they do. We love Dr Hernandez and all of her staff. She has done an excellent job of caring for all of our fur babies through health and through sickness and end of life. She takes the time to discuss with us all options, gives us credit for what knowledge we have, takes the time to discuss or explain her suggestions as well as answer any questions we may have. She has been open-minded, kind, consider it, a true animal lover and is always thorough with all of our babies. We always get to talk to a human being on the phone when we call in and all of the staff have always been kind and considerate. I was quite disappointed today when I contacted Quail Meadow Animal Hospital for an “illness appointment.” Their webpage states, “When your pet needs us, we will be there.” My dog, as an “established” patient, could NOT be seen by Quail Meadow for two and 1/2 weeks! This appointment request was for treatment for an EAR INFECTION. I can’t imagine that I would or could wait 2 1/2 weeks to have an ear infection treated, so I began calling other vets. We were able to get a “today” appointment at Ocala Veterinary Hospital. So much better! I was very happy with my choice to pursue an appointment elsewhere.

Dr. Andrea Hernandez and her staff are amazing. When our Bruster was very ill, her staff was able to get him an appointment and Dr. Andrea Hernandez and vet techs got him feeling better. He's not the kindest dog, but they handled him like a champ and was the only veterinarian who could clip his nails without being sedated. I did, however, ask her for some medicine to calm him down during his nail trims because it really scares him . Which this time it worked out wonderful. Dr. Andrea Hernandez and staff also helped save the life of a little feral kitty named Precious, who turned out to be FIV+. She was very informative about FIV and educated me on how to care for an FIV+ kitty living with negative FIV cats.. I totally recommend using her as your veterinarian if you don't have one or e
