How can your CNA’s possibly work with clients, let alone pass the qualifications in order to work with clients, if they speak no English? Three times we were sent someone who could not speak even conversational English. Unacceptable. No wonder they are not BBC accredited. Makes you wonder what’s really going on.
Super nice and helpful staff. Giving opportunities to people just graduated or came from another state to get a new beginning. Thanks.
