Literally no one actually likes this place. They're incredibly rude especially at the front desk. I had an awful experience trying to get a doctors note for my driver's license. A weird male doctor saw I had been hospitalized in the past for suicide. And didn't want his signature on my doctors note which was only to state I was physically healthy to be able to drive. My personal doctor signed it for me and I've been driving safely for years and guess what doc I'm still alive. Just because someone is suicidal in the past doesn't mean they stay that way forever. He was discriminating against me. I don't know what he thought I would do if I got my license. Like geez dude do you just think everyone who has had suicidal thoughts are just crazy? No! The facility itself was fine and staff was nice. BUT, if you visit QCare and they say they need an additional couple of tests and try to refer you to the hospital, you WILL be charged for an emergency room visit - so just be aware of that! I was not aware that a referral to the hospital would be billed as an ER visit, and got a rude awakening when I received my bill. I even tried to contest the bill and insist that I was referred to the ER and did not go myself in an emergency, but they didn't care. Maybe this is obvious and I just didn't know it at the time, but if you're like me and this could catch you by surprise, just be careful!

The last few times we’ve gone in they’ve been a bit rude and dismissive. This morning I went in for strep because I can’t even swallow saliva. The lady at the front just kind of snapped at me saying they had to call an ambulance (I understand) before I could ask where any masks were. Then proceeded to make us wait without any paperwork and laughed and giggled with other staff in the back. It felt unprofessional so we left and went to Dubois.I understand people need to wait but there’s not any reason to get an attitude with people looking for healthcare.

The staff could not understand what I was saying in terms of what I needed. I came in to get a test. There was no order. They could not understand that I don’t need an order to get a test. I had come in like I usually do, but I won’t be back because the person made responsible for the lab stated that I needed to come back during “normal” business hours. But what bothers me more than anything is when you deny services you deny a return customer and ultimately deny yourselves profit. You work to profit. If you’re not doing that, then you’re losing. Get lost. If you don’t want to work a full shift, if you are going to turn business away, if you need to assert you opinion in an attempt to feel good about yourself that I have already had the test way too many times there, perhaps you should re-

I am very grateful for the care I received today! I was seen promptly. Staff caring, concerned and helpful. I will never hesitate to come to this facility. Never an issue. Everyone always very kind and professional.
