Lori who fits you and adjusts your glasses is great . The receptionist is very nice. Everyone including the doctor treat you well. My complaint is the glasses, for $600+ I think the quality is not worth that much

We have been going to Dr Lopez’s office for years, they are all so wonderful there but yesterday really confirmed why we continue to go there after so many years, my 1 year old daughter broke my husbands glasses on accident and Dr Lopez office not only called him right back quickly and were able to fix his glasses right in the office which I didn’t think they would be able to do and was able to pick up them within a couple hours. We are forever grateful for their office and staff. Thank you so much!

I’ve been coming here to Dr. Lopez for years now. Dr. Lopez & his staff are so kind, friendly & welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable. The have a great selection of glasses, ranging from cheaper to more expensive. They also let you take your time when looking for glasses, they don’t make you feel rushed at all! I’ll continue coming to Dr Lopez for many more years!

I was happy with the doctor and the person fitting the glasses. However when I noticed that the pupillary distance was not on the paper copy of my prescription, I called to find out what it is. The receptionist says they won't give out that information, I had just picked up my glasses there and they had to know what it is to order them. This is bad customer relations, and I won't be going back if this is not resolved.
