Q Smiles Dental - Wappingers Falls

Best dental clinic I’ve ever visited! I needed to find my new dentist because I moved from different area and I visited Q Smiles today. Staffs were very kind and hospitable, the entire process was so well-organized and I didn’t have to wait for a long time at all to see a doctor. Dr. Sukhjivan Bhatti took care of me today and she was so professional and nice. It was such a pleasant experience. ❤️

I went to the dentist for the first time in way too many years (embarrassed to admit it! 😅), and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Lisa did my X-rays and was so sweet and patient, especially when I told her how nervous I was. Brittany did my cleaning and was incredibly gentle, kept checking in on me, and made the whole process feel easy. And Dr. Bhatti was so kind, calming, and straightforward — exactly the type of dentist you want. All around a great experience. Highly recommend!

My husband has gone here for a few years and it seems to get progressively worse each time! Most recently he came in for a cleaning and without asking the hygienist opened up fluoride and when he said he didn’t want it she told him too bad and he has to pay for it. I’ve never heard of such a thing! Also said that he needed a cleaning where he’d need to be given anesthesia and that the other dentist that he previously saw at the same practice was wrong about his wisdom teeth and he actually needed more removed. It made him feel pressured and very uncomfortable - all seems like ways to make more money and not properly treat a patient. We definitely aren’t going back!

What an awesome place! My daughter loves going for her appointments at Q Smiles! Our Dental Hygienist, Karen was informative and engaging which made my 6 yr old have fun and laugh. If my daughter was scared of the dentist, then Karen took all those feelings away, replacing them with excitement and enthusiasm to clean her teeth and see the dentist. The Dentists and front desk staff are so friendly, gentle, patient and sincere to all, especially for kids and their parents. We have had the same experience at our previous appointments and for that I thank you and with pleasure do I recommend them to anyone at any age, but especially for the kiddos!!

Location of Q-Smiles Dental is 1285 Route 9 Wappinger Falls, NY 12590. Updating my review today. My opinion has changed a bit and I have moved on to find a different dentist office. I'm disappointed because I really like this place. Dr. Choi, Karen the Hygienist and the Office Staff are all very nice and I thought I finally found my last dentist office. I have no complaints with the service, professionalism or friendliness of all of the staff at Q-Smiles. I'm sure anyone going here will be happy. My only complaint is they do not have the knowledge to properly bill my insurance without it being rejected multiple times or me getting billed for services. I have had the same insurance for 25 years and never had this issue. I honestly think it's a training or office management issue.
