From the front desk to the assistants to the billing staff, everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Cruz-McLeod took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way I could clearly understand, walked me through what was ahead, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. What meant the most to me was how safe and cared for I felt. He constantly checked in to be sure I was comfortable and even provided a blanket and pillow—small details that made a huge difference. From the second I arrived as a new patient, I was genuinely cared for. The orientation was clear and welcoming, and I barely had to wait before being seen. Terry made X-rays easy and even asked what music I liked, then played it during the imaging! For the exam, Dr. Cruz took the time to really listen, making me feel heard and understood.
