Office staff is always helpful via phone calls or text messages! Dr. Lo is very thorough and always takes his time to explain his findings. We never feel rushed and truly appreciate his time and efforts!

We recently moved out of state, but we still can’t stop thinking about Dr. Lo because he was truly exceptional. He’s not only highly skilled but also incredibly personal, making every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Drs. Lo and Shang have been seeing our kids for over 4 years and they are both the most skilled and compassionate Pediatric dentists I have ever witnessed. They put their patients at such ease, explain everything that they are planning to do, and then execute the plan perfectly. Our kids' teeth have never been healthier. Because of my little boy's strong sensory hypersensitivity, I had him evaluated by multiple Pediatric Dentists in South Bay to find the best solution for his cavities. I was afraid he would not be able to handle getting them filled or become traumatized by the experience without oral or general sedation but was worried about the side effects of sedation. When I met with Dr. Lo, I could tell right away I did not need to search further. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, was wonderful with my son and furthermore was the only one who offered us a satisfying solution to the cavities that was sensitive to our specific needs. He offered us a trial to fill the cavities with only nitrous oxide first and would stop if my son could not handle it, at which point we could schedule the fil

Always the best possible experience regarding a non-preferred task. Our son is on the spectrum. Dr. Lo is fantastic at accommodating as best as possible. He employs several behavioral best practices to get the most out of the cleaning and exam. I am not sure what we would do without him.
