Very professional and personable service from doctor, nurse and the front desk staff. Very clean environment. I have experienced excellent numbing for procedures. As a medical professional myself, I highly recommend Dr. Scheinost for all of my friends and family.

Always an hour plus late on appointments. Dr bounces between rooms and patients. Front desk doesn’t let you know they’re running late when checking in, in fact will tell you they’re on time (and still not be roomed for 45” + after apt time). But if YOU are 10 min late due to traffic, they will cancel your apt and charge you a noshow fee for visit (had tried calling and was going to voicemail and they never check them). They don’t send orders right away (waited 3 weeks for MRI company to get orders faxed/ emailed, they had even reached out trying to help schedule/ facilitate). Nurse was snarky and rude when taking X-rays and fitting for inserts. Business tried telling me I needed to take down my review and said I wasn’t ever seen there and was untrue statements. Funny. I’ve been going to Puyallup Foot and Ankle Clinic for a couple years now. I started treatment there for a Morton’s neuroma under the front of my foot. I’ve received a couple injections, which has helped make it smaller and reduce the pain. I no longer feel like I have a rock stuck under my foot! I’ve also been treated for plantar fasciitis and got some orthopedic inserts for my shoes. He also referred me to some physical therapy for my feet, which worked wonders.

Professional, competent, friendly staff that spends as much time as I need for the visit. My feet problems were diagnosed and solutions were given and performed at the visit. I’m very happy about finding this clinic!

I agree... They just take your money.. I was charged $222.22 for a 30 minute appointment, it didn't take 30 minutes to have him look at my foot and say, yes you need orthopedics and gave me the information for another doctor to make the orthopedic that I needed.... He & His Stuff were really nice but what a waste of money.
