Main Station Dental

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a dental office. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and tried contacting the office during the day to confirm it because in the past they constantly sent reminders and notifications (including - how did we go (clearly they care very much about reviews) This time it was completely silent, which made me suspect something was wrong. Despite that, I never received any notice that my appointment had been canceled. I only discovered it after calling the office myself less than 24 hours before the appointment. The receptionist called me back around 4 PM when the clinic had already closed and most staff were gone. The receptionist could not explain why the appointment had been canceled and said the doctor was unavailabl

My dental hygienist is the best there is. A true professional and has taught me so much about caring for my teeth. Since she became my routine hygienist, I haven't had a cavity. She's awesome.

Great friendly service with no surprises. This doctor appears to truly care. I had a small emergency, they fit me in and made me feel as if I was the most important patient. They seem to make everyone feel that way. Parking is easy and convenient. I am happy to have found them. They also respond to messages left in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend them!

Stay away! Overcharging! Dr. R does not care about patient. But really wants those positive reviews.

My hygienist Katie is wonderful. She is greatly attentive, advocates for her patients, and does a superb job. She completed a filling on my front tooth and truly her work and color match is perfect without flaw. Katie has been my hygienist for several years, I am eternally so grateful. Thank you.
