Our insurance just changed and now she's out of network but I am switching to private pay because of how much we value her. I specifically looked for a very small, quiet practice since one of my children was extremely anxious about medical buildings, and Danielle’s office has been a perfect fit. It is a calm, low stress environment run only by Danielle and her receptionist and office manager, Melissa. Danielle cares deeply about her patients and their families. Even though I am not her patient, she has taken the time to share referrals, resources, and support during moments when I was feeling overwhelmed. I have been seeing Dr. Putrow for 18 years, starting in my early twenties, and I’ve always had pleasant experiences with her. She listens carefully and understands my needs. As an established patient, our appointments are usually quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. Looking back over the years, I can’t recall any negative experiences. She is very straight forward, stays focused, and keeps the conversation on track.

My daughter has been seeing Danielle for over 3 years. We were recommended by my sister, who also has a long history with Danielle. We love coming to Danielle so much that we have opted to pay out of pocket for our visits rather going to a different in-network provider. If you're looking for an experienced provider who cares about her patients and is conservative in her approach to medicating, I highly recommend Danielle.

Easily the most impersonable office I've ever frequented - I've been seeing Danielle for months now and I have never felt seen or listened to. She is overly clinical, lacks bedside manner/compassion, will not speak/consult with your regular therapist to truly find the best treatment for you, and her office personnel are rude and unprofessional. Find a different provider.
