家慈2017年三月因腎功能衰竭住院，出院後來此療養，經護工們細照顧，ㄧ個月後返家。此地雖位處市內，但環境優雅，實有鬧中取靜之妙，雖然建物以有些年代，但環境衛生良好，購物方便，停車便捷，各方面比較，為不錯的選擇。
