Loved my experience. Everyone was super helpful and informative. I HIGHLY recommend Mt Siani I haven't encountered anyone but 1 receptionist that wasn't amazing..Dr P was nice but honest. The surgery went great and theyre very thorough in explaining and helping. The negative comments I read here seem to be mostly uptight or Karen's imo. Rescheduling things can be a bit annoying and phone runaround but overall Im so happy I chose Dr p.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience for such a trustworthy procedure. A true professional. His staff couldn't have been more caring or helpful.

I had complications one week after a procedure. I called the doctor’s office to talk to his nurse. She said she was going to call me back and asked me for name of the pharmacy I use. I gave it to her. She never returned my call. I’m am still having complications. His staff provides very poor follow up care. The staff does not care about their patients. I work in Hospice. I do not recommend this group of Neurologists.

The worst! Customer service, calling in prescription Extremely unorganized. I would try another Doctor. I certainly will never be back.

If you like to wait 58 min. until you're called to the back, wait 23 min. to see Dr. Purohit for approx. 3 min., then again wait 6 min. to checkout/pay at the front desk while the receptionist takes phone calls and ignores you- then this is your place!!! Do yourself the favor. Go to an Urgent Care. The extra money is worth the time wasted.
